Returns

We want you to love your Double Undies, but we get that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how our return process works:

We’re happy to accept returns of unopened, unworn, non-sale items within 20 days of delivery for store credit.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we can’t offer refunds on underwear.

Tip: To ensure the right fit, try on one pair first before opening the rest of your order.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is faulty or doesn’t match the description, we’ll cover the return shipping.

If you want to swap sizes?

You must cover the return shipping costs.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return, we aim to process refunds or credits within 5 business days.

What happens if I receive a faulty product?

That’s on us! If you receive a faulty item, contact us at hello@doubleundies.co.nz with a photo and order details. We’ll sort it out and cover the return shipping if necessary.

Can I return sale or clearance items?

Sale and clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or does not match the description.

What if my return gets lost in the mail?

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns — if the parcel is lost and you didn’t use tracking, we can’t guarantee a refund or exchange.
