Honestly. Im a 47 year old. He had two big headed babies 18 years ago. I started running a year ago and gym 3 years ago... literally would wet myself every time. Not just a little either while at running. I can now wear that aren't only black... these undies are a friggen game changer...I even brag to everyone including the boys at the gym.

I have a saggy mum tum (iykyk) & was skeptical about a thong, but omg these are honestly a game changer. I’ve relied on incontinenance liners for years for CrossFit but now i can go forth & be fearless when attempting double unders or heavy lifts. They really are invisible & so comfy. Advice, don’t size up, they stretch after wash & wearing! Also don’t be silly like me & make sure u wash b4 u try them out. Customer service is incredible too! Cannot speak more highly of Jane & the team. I’ve tried many different brands & these are seriously the best.

With my pelvic floor giving out long before my legs or my lungs, these have given me the confidence to truly push to the next level. I've been wearing period underwear to help with minor leaks, but often feeling like they weren't quite cutting it when either lifting heavy or pushing for a better split. Now? Let's go. Tried 3 different sizes as first pack of 3 (seconds) I purchased were way to small, so repurchased more 2nds in XL and XXL. Glad I did this as XXL are my size as I very wide hips (typically a size 12) and prefer a high wasted fit. I LOVE them. Comfortable, the shape seems odd but when wearing it is so comfy.
I do crossfit and these are perfect for gym, sweat and leaks. Cannot see them or the colour beneath coloured gym tights which is amazing. I have tried a few different period undies for workouts and these are definitely up there. I would 100% recommend. I also purchased the seconds and they are absolutely perfect/fine for half the price!
I have never felt so protected and comfortable in undies. I now wear them daily. Amazing for sweat on these hot summer days, when I’m due on my period and of course, when I’m either lifting heavy or skipping and my pelvic floor doesn’t quite hold up.
I no longer have to worry and I can’t express how much of a relief that is.

Super comfy and not bulky at all! No more embarrassing sweat leakage, worn them last weekend for hyrox and they actually worked!
I was pleasantly surprised to feel so confident when lifting at the gym while wearing these and now i feel covered and have one less thing to think about!
